Data Modeler

Key Responsibilities:

• Capture and Document Requirements: Gather and document data modeling requirements to ensure accurate and efficient data representation.
• Support Agile Ceremonies: Participate in Agile ceremonies and act as the point of contact for development and testing teams.
• Data Modeling Tools: Utilize ER Studio for data modeling tasks.
• Data Governance: Implement and maintain data governance practices to ensure data quality and compliance.
• Relational/Dimensional Modeling: Design and manage relational and dimensional models for day-to-day database operations.
• Microsoft Suite: Use Microsoft Excel and Word extensively for project documentation and data analysis.
• Communication: Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project success.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Experience: Proven experience in data modeling, data warehousing principles, and relational/dimensional modeling.
• Tools: Proficiency in ER Studio is required.
• Data Governance: Experience in data governance is highly recommended.
• Microsoft Suite: Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience: minimum 6-8 years of experience in data modeling and data governance.
• Skills: Ability to work in a team environment and demonstrate leadership skills.
