Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage large-scale, complex technical programs across multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Drive program execution from planning through delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to define scope, milestones, and deliverables.
- Identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
- Communicate program status, risks, and dependencies to leadership and stakeholders.
- Implement best practices in program management, including Agile and SAFe methodologies.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 10+ years of experience in technical program management or related roles.
- Strong background in software development, cloud technologies, or enterprise IT systems.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and complex project portfolios.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, or similar.
