Description
We are seeking an experienced Smartsheet Solutions Consultant to provide advanced workflow, automation, and integration support during a period of temporary resource constraints. The vendor will provide a qualified consultant to perform the following services: Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for advanced Smartsheet capabilities, supporting: o Process automation o Data Analysis o Control Center configuration o API and middleware-based integrations o Cross-sheet formulas, Data Mesh, o Safeguard, Dynamic View o Dashboard and report development Analyze and document current Smartsheet workflows and dependencies across departments Collaborate with business and technical teams to design transition strategies into enterprise platforms (e.g., ERP, EMR/EHR, CRM, SharePoint, Other MS365 Functionalities) Identify risk areas and recommend solutions to improve security, scalability, and operational efficiency Recommend Smartsheet governance standards and best practices Provide knowledge transfer and documentation to internal teams Key Responsibilities Deliver technical solutions and expert consulting in advanced Smartsheet capabilities Support data integration and automation needs through APIs or third-party connectors Engage with cross-functional teams to assess business processes and identify high-value transition opportunities Support dashboards and custom reports to meet departmental needs Ensure documentation of workflows, configurations, and integration logic Stay informed on platform updates and advise on adoption strategies Required Qualifications 5+ years of advanced Smartsheet expertise, including Control Center Experience with API integration and/or tools Strong background in process improvement, automation, and workflow design Familiarity with reporting tools like Smartsheet dashboards Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills Experience working in regulated industries (e.g., healthcare) Previous involvement in system transitions, platform consolidations, or governance programs
