Job Responsibilities

  • Define the product vision, roadmap, and priorities for the cloud container platform, aligned with company objectives.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact features and enhancements across Kubernetes, container runtimes, CI/CD integrations, observability, and developer tooling.
  • Leverage deep knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) and experience in designing, building, and operating cloud container tools like Kubernetes and Docker.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into product specifications.
  • Drive the product lifecycle from concept to release - including discovery, design, development, launch, and iteration.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in cloud-native computing.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer, leveraging market research, user feedback, and data insights to drive product decisions.
  • Partner with marketing and sales teams to support go-to-market strategies, pricing, positioning, and customer enablement.
  • Define and track key success metrics to measure product impact and adoption.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for product-related decisions and issues, ensuring swift resolution and continuous delivery of high-quality security features Qualifications:
  • Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Security, or related technical field.
  • 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in cloud infrastructure, DevOps, or platform engineering tools.
  • Hands-on understanding of Kubernetes architecture, container runtimes (Docker, container), and cloud-native technologies.
  • Experience working directly with engineers on API design, scalability challenges, and system integration.
  • Familiarity with public cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud Platform, Azure) and managed Kubernetes services (EKS, GKE, AKS).
  • Strong understanding of containers, Kubernetes, and the cloud-native ecosystem (e.g., CNCF projects, service mesh, monitoring tools).
  • Proficiency in product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence) and experience in backlog management, refinement, and prioritization.
  • Experience working with developer-focused products and infrastructure-as-code workflows.
  • Technical acumen to work closely with engineering teams and understand architectural trade-offs.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and modern product discovery practices
  • Proven experience in developing cloud container solutions on Kubernetes and Docker.
