Position Title: Network Support Engineer
Experience requirement: 6+ years /Enterprise level
Position Type: Contract

TF Network Support Engineer
Position Responsibilities
Support network, compute, storage, and backup infrastructure to ensure operational excellence.
Provide hands-on support and solving offsite networks, including wireless and wired configurations
Coordinate hardware and technology upgrades for offsite environments in collaboration with internal IT teams and VARs.
Monitor and proactively optimize network and infrastructure performance, security, and resiliency.
Lead or assist with infrastructure enhancement projects.
Partner with vendors and service providers to resolve technical issues impacting VIP users.
Provide white-glove support for offsite home networks and HQ infrastructure by proactively managing, troubleshooting, and optimizing network, compute, and storage systems.
Demonstrate deep technical expertise in enterprise architecture and advanced networking technologies (e.g., SDWAN, VPNs), ensuring dedication and security.
Apply monitoring tools such as Splunk, Netbox, and IP Fabric to maintain infrastructure visibility, identify issues, and drive continuous improvement.
Collaborate with internal IT teams, vendors, and VARs to implement upgrades, resolve technical challenges, and enhance technical environments.
Communicate effectively with internal customers, managing competing priorities with professionalism.
Technical Skills
6+ years of demonstrable experience in network engineering within an IT environment.
Experience with products such as:
Silverpeak, Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto, Cisco ASA, Sonicwall, Meraki, Check Point, Clearpass, Dell, Fortimanager, Fortianalyzer, Panorama, Prisma, Cisco ACS
Experience with Technologies such as:
SDWAN, MPLS, OSPF, BGP, EIGRP, VPN, Network Security, Point-to-Point VPN, EVPN, VRRP, MLAG, VxLAN, ZTNA
Knowledge of network architecture, outstanding problem-solving abilities, and a proven track record in designing and implementing technological solutions.
Good communication and collaboration skills
** Certifications such as CCNP, CCDP are a PLUS.
