Job Details

Our client in Wilmington, Ma, needs an ERP Process Analyst for an initial 12-month contract. The ERP Process Mapping Analyst will work a hybrid schedule and be responsible for mapping out the process for a large ERP implementation. This role will support efforts ensuring that business processes within ERP systems are mapped, controlled, and documented consistently, end-to-end. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of finance processes, ERP systems, and risk and control frameworks, with a proven ability to manage and enhance finance operations from start to finish within an ERP system.

Required Skills:

  • Over 5 years of experience in process mapping, business controls, and compliance related to ERP systems, with a strong preference for Oracle ERP.
  • In-depth knowledge of Financial and IT internal control frameworks (SOX, COSO) as they relate to ERP systems.
  • Proficiency in process mapping tools, with Visio being required.
  • Strong understanding of finance ERP modules and their integration with business processes.
  • Ability to be onsite 2-3 days a week in Wilmington, MA
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Accounting and Finance, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Business, or a related field.

Preferred Skills:

  • Prior experience working at a Big 4 firm
  • ERP system certifications
  • Strong understanding if IT Governance Frameworks (Cobit, ITIL) and regulatory standards (Sox, GDPR, ISO 27001)
