Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Computer Science/Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent experience).
  • 8-12 years of experience in systems engineering, preferably in aerospace systems.
  • Proficiency in C/C++ and MATLAB.
  • Experience with requirements management, system performance evaluation, and simulation modeling.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office and other productivity tools.
  • Familiarity with electronics and systems related to image collection and analysis.
  • Experience developing test plans, procedures, and reports.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience taking products from concept to production with contract manufacturers.
  • Exposure to Guidance, Navigation, and Control Systems, Model-Based Systems Engineering, and Modeling & Simulation.
  • Knowledge of Simulink, ANSYS, and SolidWorks.
  • Interest in creating architectures using Model-Based Engineering tools.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong initiative, ownership, and commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration.
