Salesforce FSL Consultant Remote USA Long term contract
Both these skills are required.
1. Salesforce Field Service Experience Candidates must have hands-on experience with Salesforce Field Service (formerly Field Service Lightning - FSL), including:
Configuration and customization of Field Service components such as Service Appointments, Work Orders, Work Types, Service Territories, and Scheduling Policies. Knowledge of Mobile App configuration for Field Technicians.
Experience with Field Service Dispatcher Console, Gantt charts, and optimization of service resources.
Familiarity with Maintenance Plans, Product Items, and Service Reports.
Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into scalable FSL solutions.

2. Salesforce Integration Skills Candidates should be proficient in integrating Salesforce with other systems using:
APIs: RESTful and SOAP APIs for synchronous and asynchronous data exchange.
Middleware Platforms: Experience with tools like MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, or Informatica Cloud for complex data
orchestration and transformation.
External Systems: Ability to integrate with ERP, scheduling tools, inventory systems, or
