Job Details
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct reference checks for top candidates and document feedback
- Create and manage job openings in the applicant tracking system
- Draft, review, and edit job announcements for external postings
- Create supplemental questions for inclusion in job announcements
- Develop interview questions in collaboration with hiring managers
- Assist in creating pre-interview exercises as required
- Support email communications for interviews, offer letters, and regrets
- Draft and manage Request to Fill forms and offer letter documentation
- Evaluate candidate applications against minimum qualification criteria
- Perform additional recruitment administrative tasks as needed
Desirable Skills and Experience:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong grammar and editing abilities
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook (intermediate to advanced level)
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities
- Prior experience supporting mid to large-size offices
- High level of organization, attention to detail, and time management
- Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Sound knowledge of recruitment principles and best practices
- Ability to apply and interpret policies, regulations, and requirements
- Strong analytical skills for both quantitative and qualitative data
- Ability to work collaboratively while managing sensitive information confidentially
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree
- Prior experience in HR, especially conducting reference checks and supporting end-to-end recruitment processes
