Job Details

firstPRO inc. is looking for a Systems Analyst for our client in Northeast Philadelphia.

Hybrid Schedule - 2 days on site.

Essential Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Alignment with Business Processes:
    • Collaborates with business stakeholders to comprehensively understand their requirements and processes.
    • Analyzes existing systems, identifies areas for enhancement, and proposes technology solutions aligned with organizational goals.
  • Application Support:
    • Serves as the primary point of contact for application-related inquiries.
    • Swiftly troubleshoots and resolves user queries to ensure uninterrupted application functionality.
  • Testing and Quality Assurance:
    • Participates in testing activities for system changes and enhancements.
    • Develops comprehensive test plans, executes test cases, and meticulously documents results.
    • Ensures that applications meet functional and performance requirements.
  • Willing to travel to other offices, both domestic and international, as needed for special projects. For International travel must have the appropriate documentation/passport.

Technical Competencies:

  • Sales Lifecycle Expertise:
    • Leverages in-depth knowledge of sales processes and lifecycle.
    • Demonstrates proficiency in lead management, opportunity tracking, and customer relationship management.
    • Collaborates closely with sales teams to enhance system capabilities.
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 Proficiency:
    • Possesses extensive experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Experience (formerly known as Dynamics CRM).
    • Configures, customizes, and optimizes the platform to align with business needs.
    • Provides insights on best practices and recommends enhancements.
  • Expertise with Microsoft 365 SharePoint and the Power Platform.
  • Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
  • The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
  • Excellent documentation and communication skills.
  • Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Understanding of web services, APIs, and integration/testing considerations with web applications.
  • Advanced PC skills and proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite of applications.
  • Strong problem solving and troubleshooting practices.
  • Ability to recognize a problem or potential problem and react quickly and effectively.
  • Ability to effectively communicate, present information, and respond to questions from other employees.
