Job Title: Senior Business Analyst
Location: Remote

Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support multiple portfolios, focusing on HR, Finance, and Workflow systems. The role will lead process improvement initiatives, serve as the Process Lead on business and application transformation projects, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and measurable results.

The ideal candidate has strong expertise in process improvement methodologies, business analysis, and organizational change, with proven experience in driving transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather requirements and support the implementation of HR, Finance, and Workflow systems.

  • Apply structured methodologies to lead process improvement activities for projects.

  • Facilitate root-cause analysis, pain-point collection, and process improvement opportunities.

  • Identify, plan, and implement initiatives to improve quality, reduce costs, and increase productivity.

  • Drive cycle-time reduction by minimizing wasted effort, rework, and inefficiencies.

  • Ensure buy-in from decision-makers for performance improvement initiatives.

  • Liaise with technology solution leads, finance teams, and other stakeholders to assess, track, and report project outcomes.

  • Deliver regular project updates, reporting on progress, risks, and benefits realization.

  • Define, measure, and monitor success metrics for change adoption and organizational readiness.

  • Support and engage senior leaders, coaching managers and supervisors through transitions.

  • Assist with organizational design, roles, and responsibilities to align with transformation efforts.

  • Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and manage stakeholder engagement.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven track record of delivering process improvement initiatives.

  • Experience with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, or similar).

  • Strong organizational, planning, and strategy execution skills.

  • Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation).

  • Strong problem-solving and root-cause identification capabilities.

  • Ability to influence others and gain stakeholder alignment.

  • Comfortable working in ambiguous environments with resilience and adaptability.

  • Ability to work effectively across all levels of an organization.

  • Strong business acumen and understanding of organizational challenges.

  • Familiarity with project management approaches, tools, and lifecycle phases.

  • Experience supporting large-scale organizational change efforts.

Certification Requirements

  • Black Belt or Master Black Belt REQUIRED

    • Black Belt with 3 4 years of experience facilitating process improvement activities.

    • Green Belt with 15+ years of experience leading transformation initiatives may be considered.
