- Technical certification in multiple technologies is desirable.

Responsibilities:-
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze and convert complex SAS programs into Databricks notebooks using SQL, PySpark, or other supported languages.
Ensure accuracy, performance, and scalability of migrated solutions.
SAS Content Management & Lineage Extraction:
Manage SAS libraries, macros, and stored processes.
Extract and document lineage, dependencies, and metadata from SAS content to support migration and governance.
Databricks Development:
Build and optimize data pipelines and analytics workflows in Databricks.
Collaborate with data engineers and architects to align with enterprise data strategies.
Healthcare Payer Expertise:
Work with claims, eligibility, provider, and member data.
Apply domain knowledge to ensure data accuracy, compliance, and relevance to business needs.
Collaboration & Documentation:
Partner with business analysts, data scientists, and IT teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
Document processes, lineage, and technical specifications for audit and knowledge sharing.
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in Advanced SAS Programming (Base, Macro, SQL, EG).
3+ years of experience with Databricks (SQL, PySpark).
Strong experience with SAS Content Management and lineage extraction tools/methods.
Familiarity with version control (Git) and CI/CD practices.
Healthcare Domain Experience:
4+ years working in the healthcare payer ecosystem.
