Job Details
Title: Peoplesoft Analyst
Location: Baytown, TX. 77520(Hybrid)
Our current ERP is People Soft and in its current format the system is old and out dated. We need a new cloud based ERP that manages our financial, purchasing, payments, student inter-phase, and other operations.
Responsibilities:
- Demonstrated technical systems analysis through business analyst and experience in a company of similar size, revenue, complexity and geographic diversity.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Expert with People soft 9.1/Human Capital Management business processes in an insourced Benefits and Payroll (US only) global system.
- Demonstration and mastery of IT/Systems change management and configuration management best practices.
- Exceptional customer service ethic.
- Exceptional consultative approach, understanding customer needs, documenting requirements, solutioning to meet requirements, consulting to determine customer fit to solution, developing and delivering solution in accordance with customer expectations.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
