Job Details

Title: Scrum Master
Location: Brentwood, TN and Denver, CO (Remote)
 
 
Qualifications:
  • 5 years of experience.
  • Certified Scrum Master with experience supporting Agile teams and driving continuous improvement.
  • Strong facilitator of Scrum ceremonies; removes blockers and improves delivery flow.
  • Proficient with Jira/Confluence; experienced in backlog refinement, sprint planning, and team coordination.
  • Effective communicator who bridges technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Basic understanding of software development concepts, APIs, cloud environments, and SDLC; able to collaborate closely with engineers and translate technical needs into actionable work.
