Job Details
This role spans both discovery and implementation, with focus on rationalizing multiple sites, defining reusable architecture, and supporting the transition to AEM as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS) or equivalent.
Key Responsibilities:
Discovery Phase
- Conduct current-state assessment of AEM implementations across multiple business units and regions
- Identify component, template, and codebase commonalities to support unification across 150+ sites
- Define reference architecture and target-state blueprint (including AEM Cloud, CI/CD, security, and localization)
- Collaborate with DevOps, QA, and Business teams to define environment and deployment requirements
Implementation Phase
- Own the technical design and supervise execution of AEM implementation/refactoring efforts
- Support code consolidation, environment migration, and content strategy alignment
- Troubleshoot architecture-level issues including performance, caching, personalization, and content delivery
- Work with DevOps to ensure proper pipeline integration and environment orchestration
