As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, Power Platform Community Engagement for Microsoft Power Platform, you will be at the forefront of marketing directly to our passionate community of end users . You will play a pivotal role in landing the growth and adoption of Power Platform . Your focus will be on driving adoption across key moments like the Power Platform community conference, our primary social media channels, communities like MVP and strategic customers to drive business awareness, and to drive active user growth .

Qualifications

Required/Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 5+ years experience in business
    • OR Master's Degree in in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 3+ years experience in business
    • OR equivalent experience
  • 3 years' experience in product marketing, audience marketing, and growth initiatives
  • Experience in event management, social media campaigns & community engagement

Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 8+ years experience in business
    • OR Master's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 6+ years experience in business
    • OR equivalent experience
  • Communication and collaboration skills
  • Knowledge of the Power Platform and its ecosystem

Product Marketing IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $103,800 - $200,300 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $133,700 - $219,200 per year.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute audience marketing strategies to drive growth and engagement within the Power Platform communit ies .
  • Participate in and drive marketing activity in community events , including the Power Platform Community Conference and Global Power Platform Bootcam ps .
  • Collaborate with the Community team to engage with , amplify , and drive growth for community programs like MVPs, user groups, super users , and community sites .
  • Create and execute community focused campaigns, including the 'Power Addict' campaign in different languages globally .
  • Collaborate with the Cloud Advocacy team to update the Power Platform learning across Microsoft Learn, Udacity, and other sites as necessary .
  • Manage the marketing aspects of the Power Platform Powerup career hub and share individual success stories on YouTube and community pages to drive awareness .
  • Build and manage an editorial calendar and amplification plan across all the marketing channels driv ing cross group collaboration and success across web, social, and more.
