Job Details
?Role Title: DB2 DBA
?Location: Lake Mary, FL/Onsite
Duration: 6 months
NOTE: W2 only. No C2C !!
?Role Description:
- Database Management, Performance Tuning, Security, Backup and Recovery, Troubleshooting, Database Object Management, Scripting and Automation.
- Strong knowledge of DB2 administration, Understanding of database design, data modeling, and data integrity,
- Experience with SQL tuning and database performance optimization,
- Familiarity with DB2 utilities (LOAD, REORG, RUNSTATS) and Job Control Language (JCL) for mainframe environments,
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to resolve complex database issues, Ability to document technical designs and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical teams,
- Willingness to provide 24x7 support and participate in on-call duties.
