Proven track record in business process analysis, workflow automation, and translating complex business needs into scalable, maintainable ServiceNow configurations across ITSM, ITOM, and ITBM modules. Skilled in conducting code reviews, enforcing coding standards, and mentoring teams to ensure quality and consistency within agile environments. Adept at leveraging Performance Analytics and reporting dashboards for actionable business insights while proactively identifying automation and efficiency opportunities.
