Job Title: Bigdata Lead

Location: Denver, CO (Onsite)

About the Role:

We are seeking a Bigdata Lead to lead and manage customer engagements for strategic projects like Big Data Engineering. This role requires an experienced professional who has hand on experience with bigdata technologies (75%) as well as who can coordinate offshore operations, oversee quality control, and ensure smooth project execution. (25%)

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background with hands on experience in Big Data, Cloud Platforms (AWS), and Agile methodologies, with proven experience in customer-facing roles, leadership, and offshore team coordination.

Must have hands on experience working with -

AWS - EMR, Glue, Lambda, Snowflake OR redshift OR Teradata OR Oracle

20% on writing SQL.

  • Lead and oversee Big Data and API integration solutions, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
  • Guide the design, implementation, and deployment of big data pipelines, analytics platforms.
  • Work with cross-functional teams (Data Engineers, API Developers, Cloud Architects) to develop best-in-class solutions.
  • Ensure seamless integration across distributed systems, data lakes, and microservices architectures.

Offshore Coordination & Operations Management

  • Act as a bridge between onsite and offshore teams, ensuring seamless collaboration.
  • Drive operational excellence, optimize processes, and eliminate inefficiencies.
  • Establish and enforce best practices, coding standards, and quality assurance measures.
  • Ensure offshore teams meet deadlines, maintain high productivity, and resolve blockers proactively.
