Role : Scrum Master

Location: Phoenix/ NYC (Hybrid 3 days at client office)

Job Description:

12+ Years of overall experience and must 5+ experience in banking project like cards, loans, mortgages, Underwriting, wealth management etc

3 to 5 years of Scrum / PM experience and should be a certified Safe Agilest / Agile train engineer / PMP holder, but main preference is Agilest.

Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with a strong business and financial aptitude

Strong verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated experience engaging and influencing cross-functional stakeholders

Experience managing multiple initiatives, with strong understanding of interconnections between business priorities, organizational objectives and key results

Demonstrated knowledge of project management process, project management software tools, templates, and techniques

Experience leading Agile process and ceremonies Advanced knowledge of the full life-cycle of product development Strong ability to manage change in a dynamic environment and influence others without direct authority

Strong consultative problem solving, issue resolution, process, analysis & design skills
