Are you a detail-oriented engineer with a passion for precision and craftsmanship? Staffmark is seeking an Engineer in Architectural Millwork to join our team in Daleville, IN. In this role, you'll bridge design and production, turning architectural concepts into accurate, buildable shop drawings and engineered solutions. Collaborate with project managers, drafters, and production teams to deliver high-quality, custom millwork projects on time and on budget.

What You'll Do:
- Develop precise shop drawings and engineered solutions for custom millwork projects
- Collaborate with project managers, drafters, and production teams to ensure accuracy and feasibility
- Review architectural drawings and translate concepts into buildable plans
- Apply knowledge of woodworking methods, joinery, and materials to optimize designs
- Identify and solve problems proactively to maintain project quality and deadlines
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in millwork engineering, drafting, or a related field
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microvellum, Cabinet Vision, or similar software
- Strong knowledge of woodworking methods, joinery, and millwork materials
- Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Familiarity with 3D modeling tools (e.g., Microvellum)
- Experience with CNC machinery and production processes
