RIM Developer

JOB TITLE: RIM Developer

Location: Baton Rouge, Louisiana- Primarily remote

Duration: 4 years

The responsibilities for this role include:

• Developing, testing, and debugging code to support a record and information management system.
• Providing ongoing application, infrastructure, and technical support to maintain business continuity.
• Supporting records and information management tasks, such as operating equipment, scanning, document review, and document classification.
• Coordinating with IT staff (state and contractors) to implement requirements.
• Migrating documents and records from a legacy content manager solution to a new electronic document management solution.

Mandatory expertise and experience:

• At least 3 years of experience working with enterprise-level RIM systems, including system design, implementation, and management.
• At least 3 years of DB2 experience.
• At least 3 years of .NET experience.

Desirable, but not mandatory, expertise and experience:

• IBM Content Navigator and IBM Content Manager.
• Experience supporting and developing in Kofax versions 11+.
• Experience developing, testing, and debugging code for record and information management systems.
• Experience analyzing data to improve records management processes and systems.
• Ability to provide ongoing application, infrastructure, and technical support for business continuity.
• Experience supporting records and information management activities, including operation of equipment, scanning, document review, and document classification.
• Experience with planning upgrades and patches, and overseeing testing environments.
• Experience supporting the Department of Public Safety's Kofax and content management solution.
