Short Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Application Analyst II to join our ERP & WFM Excellence team. This role will support the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of enterprise applications, ensuring they meet business needs and operate efficiently. The ideal candidate will have experience working with Enterprise Resource Planning and Workforce Management or Timekeeping/Scheduling applications and a passion for solving complex business problems through technology. Work location is local to Camden, to provide onsite support of Kronos clocks when required.

Key Responsibilities
Provide functional and technical support for ERP and WFM applications.
Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into system solutions.
Troubleshoot application issues and coordinate with vendors or internal teams for resolution.
Assist in system upgrades, patches, and testing activities.
Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures.
Support data integrity, reporting, and integration efforts across platforms.

Experience Required

3+ years of experience supporting UKG/Kronos.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience with system configuration, testing, and user support.
Familiarity with SQL or other data query tools.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Prefer:

Experience with platforms such as Infor CloudSuite or similar.
Knowledge of business processes in a healthcare environment.
Experience with system integrations and reporting tools

Education Requirements

Bachelors degree preferred
Business, Data Analytics, Information Technology/Systems, Healthcare preferred.
3+ years relevant clinical, certification, and/or technical experience will be considered in lieu of degree.

License/Certification Requirements

Application specific certification/proficiency within 90 days of hire if applicable.
preferred:
RN, PT, OT, MA, LPN.
Healthcare experience in hospital, medical practice, or health system

Special Requirements

Excellent written and verbal communication.
Ability to effectively translate IT terminology and processes with key stakeholders.
Strong customer service skills.
Ability to multitask in high pace work environment.
