Job Summary

The Senior Product Manager will define, develop, and execute the product roadmap for Sales and Support technologies, with a strong focus on Generative AI and Agentic AI integration. This role demands a deep understanding of AI technologies, market trends, and customer insights to drive innovation and ensure successful product launches that meet both business and customer needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Define the product vision and roadmap for Sales and Support technologies.
• Strategically integrate Generative AI to enhance automation and personalization capabilities.

• Analyze market trends and customer needs to inform product strategy.
• Gather and incorporate user feedback to refine product offerings.

• Own and maintain a dynamic 4-quarter product roadmap aligned with business objectives and customer goals.

• Collaborate with teams across Engineering, UX, Legal, Sales, and Support to ensure cohesive product development and implementation.

• Lead the adoption and integration of Generative AI/Agentic AI into products.
• Stay updated with AI trends and collaborate with engineering and data science teams to deliver innovative features.

• Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and identify improvement areas.

Required Experience & Qualifications

• 7+ years of Product Management experience, specifically in Sales and Support technologies.
• Proven success in launching and managing technology products.
• Demonstrated expertise in integrating Generative AI/Agentic AI into products.

• Hands-on experience with AI platforms such as Microsoft Azure OpenAI Service, Amazon Bedrock, and AWS SageMaker.
• Familiarity with CRM and support systems, as well as AI/ML frameworks and tools.
• Experience working with UX teams to design AI-powered user experiences.

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field (Advanced degree such as MBA preferred).
