Job Description/ Responsibilities
Complete hands-on development within the ServiceNow platform including client scripts, business rules, UI actions, UI policies, data policies, workflow, flow designer, integration hub spokes, script includes, catalog items, portal widgets, UI pages, event and alert rules.
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required.
ServiceNow Certified System Developer (CSD) required.
Enforce platform engineering and development standards
Good understanding on Shopping Hub and Source to pay common architecture modules.
Manage out-of-the-box functionality and perform necessary enhancements, upgrades, and maintenance.
ServiceNow scripting modules such as Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Business Rules to develop, customize, manage forms and fields.
Implement and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and third-party systems using REST, SOAP, or other APIs.
Scripted Rest APIs, REST Messages and Data Exports sets.
Understanding on MID Servers.
Create and configure Notifications, UI pages, UI Macros, Script Includes, Formatters, Service Portal, Service Catalog, Catalog Items, Record Producers, Order guides, Workspaces, etc. in ServiceNow.
Notifications, Scheduled Jobs.
Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and user guides.
