Job Role: Data/Billing Mediation experience in Wireless & Wireline (Telecom)

Location: Basking Ridge, NJ (Day 1 Onsite)

Duration: 6+ Months

ROLE DESCRIPTION:

  • Experience Required: 8+ Years
  • We are looking for a skilled Technical Analyst to join our Mediation team.
  • The ideal candidate will bring 5+ years of in the Telecom Mediation domain.
  • This role for enhancing mediation systems, with a specific emphasis on Comptel Mediation Event Link and VTM product suites, including work on CDMA and VTM migration
  • Experience in Mediation - Collection, Decoding Data from Nokia/Ericson, Duplicate Elimination, Aggregation, Business Rule (File Based CDR Processing)
  • Experience in the Telecom mediation and Interconnect tools for operator and CDR billing, overseeing their implementation, integration, and ongoing operation
  • Proficient in analyzing requirements and providing solution from end-to-end perspective.
  • Experience on Usage Processing - Processing of usage files and extracting CDRs, reports.
  • Troubleshooting the production issues, providing root cause analysis and preventive solutions.
  • Expert in Usage Processing of loading activity of daily generated call detail records, monitored VTM reporting tool and provided user training for migration activity
  • Experience in various mediation activities, including CDR processing, configuration of new requests (EMRG, MOB, SDCA), and generation of A01 outputs and sur systems (Billing, RAS, FMS).
  • Monitored daily operational activities, including system status, ITSME tickets/ARS, CRs/Bulk Upload BRs, and dashboard updates.
  • Ensured timely incident and t responded promptly to customer queries.
  • Configuring tables to insert data to reprocess the rejected CDRs in Mediation.
  • Support & Maintenance of Mediation system.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills in a team environment
  • Technical Skills: JAVA, Spring Boot, Kubernetes, Kafka, Metadata (It is File Based)
