SalesForce Delivery Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a SalesForce Delivery Manager in Philadelphia, PA.

Responsibilities:
* Project Management: Lead the planning and implementation of Salesforce projects, defining project scope, goals, and deliverables
* Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, translating technical details into actionable insights and addressing any concerns throughout the project lifecycle
* Team Coordination: Collaborate with internal resources and third-party vendors to ensure seamless execution of projects
* Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on timelines and deliverables
* Performance Tracking: Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques while adjusting plans as necessary to stay aligned with objectives
* Agile Methodology: Apply Agile project management principles, ensuring the team adheres to iterative development cycles and embraces flexibility

REQUIREMENTS:
* A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
* Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator) are highly desirable
* Proven experience as a Salesforce Delivery Manager or in a similar role, typically requiring 5+ years of relevant experience in managing Salesforce solutions
* Strong understanding of Salesforce products (CRM, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud), as well as knowledge of programming languages used for custom Salesforce applications, such as Apex and Visualforce
* Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to guide cross-functional teams towards shared goals

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
