Required Skills
- Intermediate to expert level knowledge of Cisco routing and switching products and solutions, focusing on campus and enterprise networks.
- Intermediate to expert level experience troubleshooting network issues.
- Intermediate to expert level knowledge of Cisco command line interface and diagnosing network problems using show commands.
- Intermediate knowledge and familiarity of the types of information available in command line interface show commands.
- Intermediate level experience working with and creating regular expressions (regex) and the ability to visually interpret and validate search patterns against text.
- Intermediate level experience performing software recommendations, evaluating software defects, or troubleshooting network problems where a defect may cause an issue.
- Intermediate to expert level experience in documenting methods of action and recommendations for network problems and being able to assess the impact that a change could have in a network.
- Intermediate level of proficiency in Python, and the ability to interpret and write Python code. Interaction with 3rd party APIs and resources through REST.
- Beginner to Intermediate knowledge of automation frameworks, such as Ansible and Terraform.
