Skill Sets/Qualifications:
- Documentation: Google Doc, Google Sheet
- Project Tools: MS Project or equivalent
- Azure DevOps
- Lucid Chart
- ServiceNow Storyboard.
- T-SQL Scripting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Performing detailed analysis on business workflows, operations and data.
- Gathering users' requirements and provide application wireframes and mock-ups
- Project planning and monitoring
- Writing user guides and design documents
- Providing coordination among vendors, users, and IT staff
- Creating operational and statistical reports
- Conducting in-depth case studies
- Developing test plans and performing quality assurance testing
