Senior Systems Engineer
Salary: $105,000-$140,000
Summary
We are seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to lead the design, implementation, and support of enterprise-wide hosting solutions. This role focuses on virtualization, containerization, cloud platforms (Azure and AWS), enterprise servers, and storage systems. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and a proactive approach to infrastructure management.
Primary Responsibilities
- Design, plan, and implement enterprise system solutions within Microsoft Windows Server and VMware environments.
- Manage and maintain server hardware, software, and associated applications and systems.
- Provide technical leadership and strategic guidance for hosting services initiatives.
- Mentor junior engineers and support onboarding of new team members.
- Administer and support Microsoft Active Directory and Azure Active Directory environments.
- Develop, document, and review policies, procedures, and solutions related to IT hosting services.
Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in Information Technology or a related field (preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working with multiple operating systems in enterprise environments
- Willingness to travel to domestic and international branch locations as needed
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to operate effectively within a matrixed and global organization
- Consistent and reliable attendance
