- Lead the migration of requirements from legacy systems to JAMA, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into technical specifications.
- Develop and implement software solutions that align with business objectives and user needs.
- Conduct thorough testing and validation of migrated data and software applications.
- Provide training and support to team members on JAMA and requirement management best practices.
- Continuously improve processes related to requirement management and software development.
- Document all processes, changes, and updates related to JAMA migration and software development.
- Proven experience with JAMA Requirement Management Tools.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies.
- Expertise in requirement gathering, analysis, and documentation.
- Proficient in programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python.
- Experience with database management and SQL.
- Excellent problem solving skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Experience with other requirement management tools.
- Knowledge of software testing frameworks and tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 7 10 years of experience in software development and requirement management.
- Proven track record of successful JAMA migrations and software projects.
- Relevant certifications in software development or project management are a plus.
