Akkodis is seeking a Lead for a contract with a client in Hartford, CT. The role involves overseeing Salesforce Sales Cloud testing and applying AI-driven QA strategies while collaborating with onshore/offshore teams in a SAFe Agile environment.
Rate Range: $56/hour to 71/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Pay Details: $56.00 to $71.00 per hour

Lead job responsibilities include:
- Lead QA efforts across multiple scrum teams, ensuring high-quality delivery of Salesforce Sales Cloud and healthcare-related solutions.
- Represent QA in Agile/SAFe ceremonies, collaborating with cross-functional teams to define and refine testing strategies.
- Oversee planning, execution, and inspection of test activities, including AI-driven testing and non-deterministic validation.
- Coordinate with onshore/offshore teams, ensuring smooth communication, task delegation, and alignment with project goals.
- Mentor and guide QA team members, fostering growth, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with testing standards and maintain accurate documentation across all phases of the QA lifecycle.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of overall QA experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role managing multiple scrum teams.
- Strong experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud QA, including planning, execution, and collaboration across Agile/SAFe environments.
- Hands-on experience using AI tools for testing and a solid understanding of the non-deterministic nature of AI-driven QA processes.
