Description: As a Systems Integration Contractor, you will be responsible for integrating various technical components, information technology systems, and organizational processes to create a cohesive and efficient system.
Developing and deploying integrated information systems, including the integration of technical components, IT components, organizational components, and documentation.
Conducting infrastructure engineering, development, implementation, and integration activities.
Work on a project on managing the data migration and integration, including open-source integration.
Performing enterprise application integration, gap analysis, and benchmarking.Providing enterprise data management and collaboration tools.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support end-to-end NetSuite Record to Report (R2R) implementations, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
Serve as the primary advisor for R2R process optimization, leveraging NetSuite functionality to streamline general ledger, journal entries, period close, intercompany transactions, consolidations, and financial reporting. - Collaborate with finance, accounting, and IT stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective NetSuite solutions.
- Configure and maintain NetSuite modules relevant to R2R, including General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Multi-Book Accounting, and Financial Reporting.
- Develop and document process flows, functional specifications, and user training materials for R2R processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to R2R processes, ensuring data integrity and compliance with internal controls and external regulations.
- Provide training and knowledge transfer to end users and internal teams on NetSuite R2R best practices.
- Stay current with NetSuite updates and industry trends, proactively recommending enhancements to maximize system value.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience implementing and supporting NetSuite, with a focus on Record to Report (R2R) processes.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS), financial close cycles, consolidations, and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in NetSuite configuration for General Ledger, Chart of Accounts, Journal Entries, Period Close, and Financial Reporting.
- Experience with NetSuite SuiteFlow, SuiteScript, or SuiteAnalytics is a plus.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with experience working cross-functionally.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
- NetSuite certification(s) preferred but not required.
Preferred Experience
- Experience with multi-entity, multi-currency, and intercompany eliminations in NetSuite.
- Familiarity with NetSuite integrations (APIs, third-party tools) and data migration.
- Prior involvement in finance transformation or ERP optimization projects.
