Job Title: Information Technology Technician
Location: Albany, NY
Duration: 6+ Contract
Client: CDTA (Capital District Transportation Authority)
Job Description:
In this position the IT Technician will help and support the Help Desk Staff providing high-quality IT support services and solutions.
Responsibilities:
  • Include installing, configuring, maintaining hardware/software, providing technical support, and ensuring compliance with security policies
Qualifications:
  • Associate degree/certification in IT or 3 years of work experience, relevant IT certifications, excellent customer service, and problem-solving skills
Working Conditions:
  • On-site part-time, 3 days a week, with some manual labor and local travel required
