Summary
Join our IT Planning & Processes Team to lead performance and load testing efforts for new and existing applications. This role involves designing, scripting, and executing test plans, as well as assisting development teams with test automation processes.
Responsibilities

• Design, execute, and maintain performance and load test plans.
• Develop testing scripts and conduct performance tests.
• Analyze business requirements for testability.
• Generate test result reports and resolve issues.
• Collaborate with teams to address performance issues.
• Implement monitoring metrics and adhere to PMP processes.

Requirements

• Extensive experience with performance and load testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadUI).
• Proficiency in test case development and execution.
• Experience building test automation scripts.
• Understanding of metrics and key performance indicators.
• Knowledge of the software development lifecycle.
• Strong SQL skills.
• Ability to evaluate test results and recommend enhancements.
• Leadership and facilitation skills for meetings and training sessions.
• Ability to gather data and create reports.

This is a 12-Month Contract opportunity with our Topeka, KS client.
