Effectively manage and contribute to multiple complex initiatives simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.

Identify and recommend reconciliation points following comprehensive process reviews or data analytics engagements to prevent, mitigate, and resolve current and future reconciliation issues.

Demonstrate expert-level proficiency in SQL for analytical data mining, software development support, TFS, and business reporting.

Understand, implement, and support system configuration changes within managed care core system software to enable business functions such as eligibility, claims processing, authorizations, and case management.

Mentor team members and lead the development of testing plans, supporting testing execution and successful implementation of enterprise software systems.
