What will I do?
  • Coach, inspire and lead a team of Product Managers responsible for delivering web experiences on a.com.
  • Be responsible for quarterly and annual product roadmap development ensuring work aligns the top most business priorities while meeting customer needs.
  • Collaborate with Studio, Product Marketing, Campaign, Go to Market, and other product teams to rapidly conceptualize, prototype, market validate, and launch new product ideas and innovations on adobe.com.
  • Build strong working relationships with team members and partners to ensure cross-functional alignment and agreement with team priorities.
  • Develops long term vision and strategy. Influences senior managers to operationalize and implement the vision and strategy.
  • Holistic understanding of company, business and product strategy to present and influence decision making of concepts, business rationale and key findings at all levels.
  • Regularly engages with executive level management to influence extremely critical matters, both internal and external to the organization.
  • Develop strong working relationships with stakeholders and partners in and outside Adobe.com teams to ensure alignment and support.
  • Work with program management, web production, engineers and product managers to pursue agreed upon objectives while tracking, prioritizing and communicating top issues.
  • Use site data, customer feedback, competitive insights, and industry standard methodologies to identify innovative ideas to build compelling vision for marketing Acrobat-related products on Adobe.com.
The ideal candidate will have:
  • 8+ years of web/e-commerce product experience, 10+ years of people management experience
  • Ability to mentor product managers and align team efforts towards achieving strategic goals
  • Proven product leadership experience as both an individual contributor and a people manager.
  • A combination of strategic thinking and pragmatic delivery to yield the best short term as well as long term results
  • Ability to clearly and concisely conveys information and ideas to all levels of the organization and to use influencing skills to advance shared interests and business goals.
  • Demonstrated excellence in the areas of multi-variate testing, fast iteration testing, and incorporating takeaways from testing to product innovation.
  • Good understanding of the business impact of product to drive revenue and increase customer retention & satisfaction.
  • Collaboration skills with consistent record to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
  • Strong experience in defining roadmaps and delivering with teams that employ agile software development methodologies.
  • Highly analytical; committed focus on using data to drive decisions and to build and achieve measurable key results for the site.
  • Technical fluency; comfort understanding of web architectural concepts, schedule tradeoffs and new opportunities from technical team members.
  • Experience working with websites using Adobe Experience Manager, Target, Adobe Analytics and other Adobe tools a plus.
  • MBA (preferred) or BA/BS.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $163,200 -- $324,300 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
