Myticas is looking for a RAN Support Engineer. The Candidate will work as onsite Resident Engineer with our clients customer and MUST have recent experience and able to meet the following requirements:
REQUIREMENTS:
- Perform first level of troubleshooting/response for anomalies found in the above elements.
- Raise tickets with care team for issues that he couldn't solve.
- Support activities/migrations/upgrades/ Implement change requests on behalf of customer (those are normally carried out by care team).
- Prepare/review MOPs of activities. (if this is covered in the sow for RE)
- Participate in ORT/ATP. (if this is covered in the sow for RE)
- Provide incident reports and kpi reports (if this is covered in the sow for RE).
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users and stakeholders
- Maintain accurate records of network configurations, changes, and upgrades
- Lead trained contractors and BSS engineers during installation and integration of telecommunication equipment.
- Conducted trials & features testing, launched new products. (if this is covered in the sow for RE)
REQUIREMENTS:
- O&M experience in Airscale, FlexiZone (Indoor & outdoor) BTS site solutions
- Experience in BTS Element manger (Web user interface, BTS site manager and BTS CLi)
- Experience in troubleshooting and tracing tools (Emil tool kit, DCAP, UTF, 5G tool kit ..etc)
- Experience in OSS various applications (CM operation manager, CM Editor, Work Flow tool, Software manager, Monitor Application..etc)
