Application Developer | Hybrid | Detroit, MI | Contract
Walker Healthforce is seeking an Application Developer with 3+ years of experience located in Detroit, MI. This is a contract opportunity.
CORE REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 3 years of experience with front-end libraries like React JS, SASS, Boot Strap, jQuery
- Minimum 2 years of experience with Python based web frame works like Flask and Django
- Intermediate SQL capabilities
- Hands on experience with Containerization
- Three (3) years of advanced programming techniques and application design required.
- Experience in systems design and have a solid understanding of development, database development, testing, and integration methodologies required.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
WE CONSIDER IT A BONUS IF YOU ALSO HAVE:
- Knowledge of Spark preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Work closely with data science, client, and team members on small to large, complex projects to understand the business requirements that drive the analysis, design, and development of web/UI application. Provide support in the full systems life cycle for multiple applications to ensure application software is delivered on time.
