About the Role

We are seeking a hands-on Technical Lead to join a Finance Transformation initiative.
The project focuses on modernizing finance and accounting systems using Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications (OFSAA) and related Oracle technologies.

This role requires a strong technical background in OFSAA and ODI, working closely with system integrators, data teams, and finance stakeholders to design and implement end-to-end financial data and reporting solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the technical design, development, and implementation of Oracle OFSAA solutions for finance and insurance accounting.
  • Collaborate with finance, actuarial, and data teams to ensure technical solutions align with business and compliance needs.
  • Design and manage data integration and transformation pipelines using Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) and other Oracle tools.
  • Configure and optimize OFSAA modules (e.g., Insurance Analyzer, FSDF) for accounting, reporting, and reconciliation.
  • Define and manage data ingestion, mapping, and transformation processes.
  • Oversee testing, validation, and go-live activities for smooth implementation.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve performance or integration issues across systems.
  • Coordinate with system integrators and internal teams to ensure high-quality delivery.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 8+ years of experience implementing and supporting Oracle OFSAA.
  • Strong hands-on expertise with Oracle PL/SQL, ODI, and data modeling.
  • Deep understanding of insurance or financial data models and reporting processes.
  • Experience integrating OFSAA with ERP systems and sub-ledgers.
  • Solid understanding of Oracle database structures, batch jobs, and reconciliation processes.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Accounting Foundation Cloud Service (AFCS).
  • Knowledge of IFRS 17 or similar insurance reporting frameworks.
  • Oracle OFSAA certification or Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) exposure.
  • Prior experience in insurance or reinsurance domain.
