• The Infrastructure Engineer I, will be a key contributor to the Digital Workplace Team, supporting and enhancing the end-user technology experience across the enterprise.
• This role focuses on endpoint engineering, device management, and collaboration platforms, leveraging modern workplace technologies to ensure secure, efficient, and user-friendly digital environments. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented, technically proficient individual with a passion for continuous learning and innovation in workplace technology.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2-4 years of experience in IT infrastructure or endpoint support.
• Expert knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration and endpoint management tools (Intune, JAMF).
• Expert level knowledge of identity and access management (Microsoft Entra ID).
• Expert knowledge with patch management configuration and processes.
• Extensive experience supporting Windows 11 and macOS environments.
• Extensive hands-on technical knowledge of network systems, protocols, and standards.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
