Job Details

Responsibilities:

  • Execute the day-to-day activities of Workday integrations/Extend support for a variety of customer contracts in roles that may include staff augmentation, ad-hoc support, and project delivery.
  • Track issues and risks, communicate status and escalate concerns to project management.
  • Facilitate knowledge transfer and educate clients on developing and operating interfaces to and from a SaaS platform.
  • Provide subject matter expertise on Workday best practices.
  • Evaluate, communicate, and coordinate the technical impacts of integration configuration decisions.
  • Become a Workday Integrations expert with deep knowledge of core functionality, while building an understanding of Financials, Learning, Compensation, Payroll, Benefits, and Talent modules, as well as future product direction.
  • Mentor other consultants: actively share product knowledge with others to grow our practice.
  • Work directly with key business and IT stakeholders to establish requirements, consider design alternatives, facilitate discussions, and ultimately configure, test and deploy integrations solutions.

Qualifications

  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
  • Must have extensive experience in Workday Financial Management
  • Must have strong expertise in Workday HCM
  • Experience with ETL tools and middleware solutions
  • Proficiency in writing XSLT transformations and using Integration Studio
  • Knowledge of security protocols for data transmission and storage
  • Nice to have domain experience in Finance & Accounting
  • Must possess excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Must have strong communication and collaboration abilities
  • Nice to have experience in hybrid work environments
  • Must be detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Must have a proactive approach to identifying and addressing technical challenges
  • Must be committed to delivering high-quality solutions that meet business objectives
  • Must have a strong understanding of data security and compliance requirements
  • Must be able to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Experience

  • Previous work experience in a consulting or client-facing role
  • Familiarity with other business software systems and their integration with Workday
  • Experience in change management and user adoption strategies within diverse business environments

Certifications

  • Workday Certified Integration Professional (Mandatory)
  • Workday Core Connector Certification (Desirable)
  • Workday Web Services API Certification (Desirable)
