Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our team and help bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering requirements, analyzing business processes, and working closely with stakeholders to deliver effective solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
Work with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables
Create process flow diagrams, use cases, and business requirement documents (BRDs)
Collaborate with developers, QA, and project managers to ensure accurate implementation
Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and assist in issue resolution
Monitor project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders
Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend solutions
Requirements:
4 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst
Strong knowledge of business analysis methodologies and tools
Experience creating functional specs, use cases, and user stories
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Visio, or Lucidchart
Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
