Job Details

Role: Endpoint Engineer

Location: Pittsburgh, PA (Remote)

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and support Windows and macOS endpoints, ensuring systems are secure, updated, and compliant.
  • Administer Intune and Mosyle to enforce device configuration, compliance, and application deployment policies.
  • Collaborate with security and infrastructure teams to enforce DLP policies and troubleshoot related incidents.
  • Configure and support endpoint security tools, including anti-virus, encryption, and secure connectivity (e.g., Zscaler).
  • Automate device provisioning and streamline endpoint lifecycle management.
  • Maintain asset inventory and reporting on compliance and performance metrics.
  • Provide technical support for endpoint-related incidents and requests.
  • Document all procedures, processes, and configurations in alignment with internal compliance guidelines.

Minimum Required Skills & Experience (All items below are OFCCP-compliant objective, non-comparative, and measurable)

  • Minimum 4 years of experience supporting Windows endpoint systems in an enterprise environment.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience supporting macOS devices.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience with Intune for device management, policy configuration, and compliance monitoring.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience with Mosyle or similar MDM tools for macOS management.
  • Experience implementing or supporting DLP solutions across endpoints.
  • Experience in managing endpoint security configurations and patch compliance.
  • Familiarity with scripting or automation for device management (e.g., PowerShell, Bash).
  • Bachelor s degree in a technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology) or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

  • (Subjective terms allowed under OFCCP guidance)
  • Strong understanding of endpoint security principles and best practices.
  • Experience with Zscaler endpoint client deployment and configuration.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
  • Effective communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills.
