Job Details

Degree in Engineering or a related technical field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing, preferably within the optical, aerospace, or defense sector.
Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification is a plus.
Strong knowledge of ISO9001 management systems (AS9100 experience is a plus).
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and implement manufacturing and quality improvements.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with MRP/ERP systems is a plus.
