ETL Developer (CDH Support)


A Fortune 50 financial services company is seeking a highly motivated ETL Developer (CDH Support) for our client in the McLean, Virginia area.


Overview:




  • This role supports data ingestion and transformation pipelines that enable CDH decisioning and strategy execution.




Responsibilities:




  • Build and maintain ETL pipelines supporting CDH ingestion and batch processes.




  • Transform and validate datasets for strategies, predictions, and customer profiles.




  • Collaborate with Decisioning Architects on data requirements.




  • Troubleshoot data quality, performance, and ingestion failures.




Qualifications:




  • 4-7+ years of ETL development experience.




  • Strong SQL and data modeling skills.




  • Experience with ETL tools such as Informatica, Talend, DataStage, Glue, or ADF.




  • Understanding of CDH data flows and real-time vs. batch patterns.




  • Experience optimizing ETL performance and managing data quality controls.




  • Familiarity with CI/CD and Git for ETL code.




Desired:




  • CSA or PCDC.




  • Financial services data experience.
