Description
Manage daily operations of the technology platform.
Identify and resolve potential production issues.
Create and manage incident and problem tickets.
Communicate effectively with development and business teams.
Provide frontline technical support to end users.
Conduct root cause analysis and identify risk mitigations.
Engage and lead production support issues and incidents.
Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with infrastructure and development teams.
Ensure timely restoration of technical services.
Lead production support activities and incident management.
Qualifications
5 years of relevant IT experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proven knowledge in core programming and server-side technologies.
Strong operating system knowledge in Unix and Windows.
Experience with database query performance tuning.
Experience with production support roles and monitoring tools.
Ability to assess severity, gather impacts, and escalate as necessary.
