Position Overview
The Salesforce Loyalty Management Architect leads the technical vision and implementation of our enterprise loyalty strategy, architecting solutions that directly drive customer acquisition, engagement frequency, and retention metrics. This executive role designs advanced CRM frameworks powering personalized customer journeys from onboarding through retention across all digital touchpoints. The position requires exceptional Salesforce technical expertise to develop data-driven personalization architectures that convert customer insights into targeted engagement tactics, ultimately transforming complex loyalty program strategy into measurable business growth through innovative technical solutions on the Salesforce platform.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related technical field
- Salesforce Certified Architect or multiple advanced Salesforce certifications
- 5+ years of hands-on experience implementing Salesforce Loyalty Management solutions
- Strong technical expertise in marketing technology stacks (such as customer data platforms, email service provider, loyalty program migrations and complex system integrations)
- 3+ years of experience in a digital systems capacity (POS, CRM, Online Ordering, etc.)
- Deep knowledge of the current best practices in loyalty/CRM marketing
- Extensive experience with API development, middleware solutions, and customer data platforms
- Demonstrated expertise in large-scale Salesforce implementations involving Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud, and Commerce Cloud
Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency in several of the following areas, with expertise depth valued over breadth across all responsibilities listed below.
- Apex/Lightning/LWC - Architect custom loyalty components using Apex controllers, Lightning Web Components, and Experience Cloud to deliver tailored member experiences.
- API-driven loyalty solutions - Design scalable RESTful API frameworks enabling seamless integration between loyalty systems and third-party platforms for real-time data exchange.
- CDP integration - Implement technical architectures connecting Customer Data Platforms with Loyalty Management to unify member profiles across touchpoints.
- Commerce Cloud integration - Engineer bidirectional data flows between Commerce Cloud and Loyalty Management for seamless transaction-based point accrual and redemption.
- Customer 360 - Design comprehensive data models and technical architecture providing unified member views across the entire Salesforce ecosystem.
- Loyalty analytics and insights - Configure advanced Einstein Analytics dashboards and custom reporting solutions tracking program metrics and member engagement patterns.
- Loyalty program architecture - Create enterprise-scale technical blueprints for multi-tiered loyalty programs with configurable rule engines and custom object relationships.
- Loyalty program migration - Lead technical strategy for legacy system migrations, ensuring data integrity and designing transition architecture with minimal disruption.
- Member lifecycle management - Develop automated technical workflows and triggers managing status transitions, tier calculations, and anniversary-based engagement tactics.
- Multi-channel loyalty experience - Architect technical solutions spanning mobile, web, and in-store experiences through API-first design and Experience Cloud implementations.
- Omnichannel loyalty strategy - Design technical frameworks enabling consistent member recognition across channels through identity resolution and real-time data synchronization.
- Personalization engine configuration - Implement predictive algorithms and decision engines that drive hyper-personalized offers based on member behaviors and preferences.
- Points-based reward systems - Design scalable data models and calculation engines supporting complex point accrual rules, expiration logic, and balance management.
- Promotion management - Develop configurable promotion frameworks with advanced segmentation capabilities and automated qualification verification via custom Apex logic.
- Real-time loyalty transaction processing - Architect high-volume transaction processing systems with queueing mechanisms ensuring fault tolerance for loyalty operations.
- Referral programs - Implement secure tracking mechanisms and attribution models through custom objects and triggered automation for referral-based member acquisition.
- Rewards management - Design flexible catalog frameworks supporting dynamic reward offerings with inventory management and fulfillment integrations via custom APIs.
- Salesforce Loyalty Management - Lead end-to-end implementation of platform capabilities including voucher management, tiering logic, and engagement tracking through custom configurations.
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud integration - Architect bidirectional data synchronization enabling Journey Builder campaigns triggered by loyalty events and behavior scoring.
- Service Cloud integration - Implement service console configurations providing agents with actionable loyalty insights and transaction capabilities for enhanced member support.
