Job Title: Genesys Cloud Specialist

Location: Remote

Duration: 12 Months Contract

Shift #7: 4 days, 10-hour shifts Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 2:00 AM to 12:00 PM EST.

Days off: Wednesday, Saturday, and Sunday.

Job Description:

Position Overview: The Remote Genesys Cloud Specialist will be responsible for the hands-on troubleshooting, updates, configurations, and patching of Genesys Cloud Contact Center solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud contact centers, with at least 4 years of experience, and a minimum of 2 years specifically working with Genesys Cloud. Expertise in PCCE Tier III level support and voice/UC (Unified Communications) is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform hands-on troubleshooting, updates, configurations, and patching of Genesys Cloud Contact Center solutions.
  • Provide Tier III level support for PCCE (Packaged Contact Center Enterprise) environments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and operation of contact center solutions.
  • Monitor system performance and implement necessary optimizations to ensure high availability and reliability.
  • Assist in the design and implementation of new features and functionalities within the Genesys Cloud platform.
  • Develop and maintain documentation related to system configurations, processes, and procedures.
  • Provide training and support to internal teams and clients as needed.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices related to cloud contact centers and Genesys Cloud.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience working with cloud contact centers.
  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Genesys Cloud, including troubleshooting, updates, configurations, and patching.
  • Strong understanding of PCCE Tier III level support.
  • Expertise in voice/UC (Unified Communications) is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
  • Relevant certifications in Genesys Cloud or related technologies are a plus.
