RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce is seeking a Product Manager on behalf of a top-tier telecommunications provider in Greenwood Village, CO. This role sits within a newly restructured team focused on long-term customer experience enhancements. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker and natural storyteller who loves turning data and customer feedback into bold new product ideas. This is a true ideation and strategy role-you'll be working upstream in the product lifecycle to surface, define, and pitch experience-driven initiatives. While you won't be involved in feature delivery, you'll be a key voice in shaping what's next.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ideate and develop strategic proposals for customer experience and product enhancements
* Work across Mobile, Billing, Apps, and Buyflow areas to identify improvement opportunities
* Draft high-quality documentation, business cases, and presentation decks
* Present ideas to senior leadership (VP and Director level), advocating for user-centered improvements
* Collaborate with product designers, data analysts, and other cross-functional teams to refine proposals
REQUIREMENTS:
* 3-5 years of experience in product management, strategy, or customer experience roles
* Strong understanding of customer journeys, digital UX, and experience-driven product development
* Skilled in proposal writing, storytelling, and executive communication
* Experience with telecom, mobile apps, billing systems, or digital platforms is a plus
* Highly self-directed with a passion for user-centric innovation
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
